I baked two cakes and 7 cupcakes with le today.
I haven't turned into a baker and this is not my hobby now.
It has been my interest for many years.
I know it's weird to some people because i seems like those who snatch lollipops from kids.
But i am kindda nice actually. I bake and make chocolates for kids.

the dumb thing is that we weigh the flour wrongly.
it was suppose to be 1 1/3 cups.
trying to same time, we used weighing scale instead of cups.
as we converted the day before.
1 cup = 240 ml.
it's millilitres! but we weigh 1 cup = 240 grams. -_-"
so we had too much flour when we realise the stupid mistake.
it was too late.
therefore we doubled all the ingredients and FUCKINGLOTS of batter!
this big tub is the batter!
we baked a round cake, a square cake and some cupcakes.
i'm going to bake again this thursday.
i haven't got a chance to get dark since the weather is bad. also, i haven't got time! i have to attend my granduncle's funeral. seriously, i wasn't close to him. we only meet like once a year for CNY. but i felt really sad when i visit him two weeks ago in the hospital. it's scary to see people leaving you. the generations before us get fewer and fewer. the people closer to you getting lesser and lesser.

i get it that different people has different ways of showing themselves to others. you might think you don't have to really smile and chat with people you're not clsoe or see often. here we are trying to get to you hoping that you would feel involved and you just cut us out. i know we do not interact much. but at least we made an effort to do so and did you? we don't entertain the people we see too, we respect them. therefore we communicate with them. showing a face around doesn't make you rule the world and to me you are equally colorless.
on a happier note, the flights & hotels are booked.
