Okay anyway i had my NAPFA test today after like... many years.
But my 5 stations still a blast lah!
Can't believe i still can jump over 200 for Standing board jump.
Okay yes yes yes yes i am very proud and now boasting about it!
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA VERY HAPPY.
All got As!
Then... DANG DANG DANG ... 2.4Km failed.
LOL i've never get a C in my 2.4km before.
actually, not even a bloody B!
and the i fail my 2.4km and fail the whole NAPFA!
HAHHAHAHA i limped for 3 rounds!
kuku neh neh lah i don't know why my leg cramp.
must be not enough warm up and too old and too long never exercise.
BLOODY HELL SAD CASE LOR ME!
AHAHAHHAHAHHAHA
anyway...
fail means fail. say so much also fail.
so, no point trying to find excuses why i fail 2.4km.
